The little things that are big: I'm continuing to get a ton of mileage out of my bird feeder and porch during SIP. I’m so grateful for our porch! Which has been supporting our music endeavors both as a venue, and more recently, a recording studio this year. Kwame and I are finishing up tracking six new Bay Station tunes with the assistance of guitarist Steve Waters, here safe-social-distance overdubbing one evening on the porch. Yes, the porch is now blinged out in holiday lights. We were all set to do the Lighted Boat Parade when it was cancelled as we entered another shutdown. So the lights are now all over the yard and porch. I appreciate that the chickadees and finches don’t seem to mind all the holiday light strings and netting.
