KCDC rescheduling; NW recap

We had a fun, quick run of shows in Ashland, Portland and Washington. Thanks Patricia Morrison for hosting us at her Farmhouse for a warm house concert. From Ashland, we headed up to Portland, which was in the full bloom of the season, played Magnolia's Corner and caught up with some friends from SF. We played to a fairly raucous group in Port Townsend, which is fitting for a seaport once predicted to become the largest harbor on the west coast. Alas for some that didn't happen, but it's still a beautiful, scenic place to visit - and play! We like the NW.
Back at home, some dates shuffles will see KCDC doing an acoustic show at the venerable Bazaar Cafe August 8, and saving up its electric mojo for a late September show in Alameda.
In the meantime, I'm getting ready for the release of my EP "Something Special" which I'll celebrate at a 3-band show August 29, at Awaken Cafe. Mark your calendars now, and enjoy this lovely poster designed by R. Black:
